What are your labels?
What are your labels? We all have them. Be it a character we play at work ‘office joker’ or a stigma attached to us from childhood ‘dramatic’.
This labelling often implies that the labeller knows the other person really well, but all too often this is based on a different version of ourselves and not our whole being.
My job as your coach is to help you move away from the unhelpful labels so eagerly glued onto us by others.
