  • 30-minute Compatibility Call.

  • 6 fortnightly 60-90-minute coaching sessions on Zoom.

  • A personalised action plan crafted to address your unique challenges and help you achieve your goals.

  • Accountability for impactful action plans following each session.

  • 12 weeks of email support.

Enhancing Communication

  • Assess your communication and collaboration styles.

  • Learn my ‘How you say it, is how they'll hear it’ method.

  • Discuss strategies to enhance communication skills to cultivate positive working relationships.

Session Five
Developing Your Resilience Strategy

  • Identify causes attributing to low resilience.

  • Discover resilience-building techniques.

  • Collaboratively create a tailored plan for enhancing your resilience.

Session Six
Wellness Sustainability and Growth

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented wellness strategies.

  • Discuss long-term sustainability in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

  • Explore opportunities for professional and personal growth beyond the coaching programme.
